Bordeaux Superieur
Awarded by a Silver Medal from the "World Event" of Bruxelles, 2002,
Granted by three Stars in the magazine "La Revue du Vin de France ", And two stars in "Le Guide Hachette 2003".
A beautiful deep ruby red wine, with fragrances of ripe black currents and raspberries. As of the first taste it asserts its fleshiness. In the second part of the tasting, the ripe and plump tannin really melts in the mouth. The aging in oak barrels during 12 months revealed the complexity of that vintage. The finish is long and round.
Blending: Merlot 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Cabernet Franc 5%.
Availability in stock: 70,000 Bottles.
La Fleur du Chateau de Cazenove 2000
Special Reserve
Granted by four Stars in the Magazine "La Revue du Vin de France ", in the November special's edition "The 800 bottles you must have in your cellar ".
Deeply colored ruby red, with discret notes of ripe fruit and vanilla. On the palate this wine is full bodied, really fleshy. The middle mouth is absolutely flavoursome with rich tastes of woodiness given by the aging for 16 months in new oak barrels, carefully selected for their contribution to the complexity of the wine. The long finish ends with well balanced and aromatic tannins.
Blending: Merlot 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Cabernet Franc 5%.
Availability in stock: 700 bottles.
