Food & Cazenove
The pleasing balance of the ripe red berries ‘aroma and the gorgeously dense structure that characterize the Cazenove allows you to serve it with flavorful meals: beef - rib à la Bordelaise, beef stew -, duck breast, roasted lamb's leg, lamb stew with herbes de Provence, woodcock, roasted chicken or casserole.
Be creative and try a grilled filleted macro with parsley or veal tongue stew. Cheeses are always a pleasing match.

This appetizer is easy to prepare in advance.
Ingredients per serving: two dry figs, two table spoons of Gorgonzola Dolce, arugula sprouts or water-crest sprouts.
Remove the fig hard stem and cut them in half. Gently flatten the figs. Spoon on top some Gorgonzola Dolce. Decorate with sprouts of either arugula or water-crest for extra pinch.
